Participants are required to register and submit online the abstracts of their contributions.

Registration procedure
To perform your registration at ISMEC 2023, please fill out the provided registration form and return it to ismec2023@uniurb.it (subject: Registration) along with a copy of the receipt of the registration fee payment.

Fee
A discounted early bird registration will be available until May 05th, 2023 May 13 05th, 2023 (new deadline). All payments must be made in euros (€) and bank charges must be covered by the participant.

For participants, fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, conference material, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, and the gala dinner. On the other hand, for accompanying persons fee only includes welcome reception, lunches, cultural program and the gala dinner.
After the registration form and payment have been received, the Secretariat will confirm your Registration by e-mail.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. Any special dietary requirements (such as allergies to ingredients) must be communicated to the organizing committee at the time of registration.
