Three grants covering registration fees will be available for junior researchers.To be eligible for the grant, applicants must:
- Have submitted an abstract to ISMEC 2023 for an oral or a poster contribution.
- Be an undergraduate or a PhD student, as well as a post-doctoral fellow under 30 years old at the time of the abstract submission, working in areas relevant to the conference topics..
Grant selection will be based on the scientific content of the presentation.
Please do NOT pay the registration fee until you have a response from the Scientific Committee, as we might not be able to reimburse those who have already paid.
Application procedure
Please send your Curriculum Vitae, your abstract and a copy of the student card or certificate from the supervisor via e-mail: ismec2023@uniurb.it — subject: Grant application –. The deadline of application is April 24th, 2023 May 3rd, 2023 (new deadline). Late applications will not be accepted. Acceptance decisions will be made before April 28th, 2023 May 8th, 2023.
